Arett Sales Spring + Summer 2020

Spring is upon us and the Arett team is ready to help you make the most of 2020!

Arett Sales remains committed to supporting our customers during these difficult times. We will continue to observe the COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC and closely monitor the various state regulations with the overriding goals of keeping our staff, customers, and manufacturer partners safe and healthy and providing 100% satisfaction to our customers.

As an essential business, both of our warehouses have remained fully operational while observing strict safety practices. The rest of our Arett team continues to work from home and is handling their job responsibilities in a fairly seamless manner.

Our Arett sales team is continually servicing our customers in every way possible. Many customer “visits” over the past month have been made via phone or even Facetime, however our team continues to service accounts “in-store” and “outside-the-building” where appropriate, while taking the necessary precautions.

Some businesses are operating with open doors, while others are restricting access, but beginning to show signs of removing these restrictions. For example, Michigan modified their definition of essential businesses to now include garden centers. Some stores are limiting time inside the store, with social distancing and use of a mask.  Others, who are doing business with outside access only, have moved their registers outside, and are loading cars where customers have ordered ahead by phone or online. It is important to reevaluate outdoor displays during this time of uncertainty to communicate to potential customers. Is there enough signage? Can you tell if they are OPEN FOR BUSINESS?

Our merchandising team is maintaining inventory levels and prospecting new manufacturer partners and new items and trends for the coming year and events.

Greensmith, our marketing team, has been working with customers to update their websites and social media platforms and create print materials and signage to boost business and inform consumers that they are open and safe. Greensmith recently had the privilege of working with the Stay Home Save Lives (SHSL) Movement, an organization that strives to help nurses on the frontlines of the fight against COVID-19. Our customer service and accounting team are at your service, via their office phones and email addresses, during all regular business hours. And of course, our website and online ordering portal is operational 24/7 for your convenience.

Traditionally a live Showroom in Moorestown, NJ is in development along with a comprehensive virtual component in the event that we are unable to open the Showroom in July. More information at
